Service and Scope

VPNGR provides international route connections, subscription management and access to client downloads, with coverage in 110+ countries and 180+ routes. Route types include IEPL dedicated lines, relayed connections and direct connections. Available routes and connection settings are shown in the user panel; coverage does not mean that every route type is available in every region.

Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; clients for platforms other than iOS are available after logging in, while the iOS access point requires an active plan. Target websites and apps are independently operated. Their content, account eligibility, regional rules and fees are outside the scope of this service.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription links and imported configurations secure. Do not publish them or let others use them. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual connections, change your password promptly, check your account status in the panel and seek assistance.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for devices used by the account holder. An unlimited device count does not permit account sharing. You may not resell, rent or transfer an account or subscription without permission, or package routes as a paid service for third parties.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before activation, check the prices, traffic allowances and billing terms on the Plans page and in your order. Do not confuse the reset rules for traffic packages with those for monthly subscriptions.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and those that apply to your activities, as well as the rules of target websites, apps and content providers. A network acceleration service does not change your legal responsibilities when accessing content or carrying out activities, nor does it grant permission to access or distribute third-party content.

You may not use this service for network attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing malware or other unlawful activities. Do not disrupt other users' connections, damage service infrastructure or continuously consume shared resources through automated abuse. If suspected infringement or unusual activity occurs, VPNGR may investigate and take necessary action.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, exit region and the status of the target service. Maintenance, network faults or changes to third-party rules may interrupt connections or affect access. This service does not guarantee a specific speed, uninterrupted connections or continuous access to any third-party platform.

If you encounter an issue, first use the troubleshooting guide to check your local connection and client settings, then submit a description of the issue and any necessary diagnostic information. VPNGR will address service-side faults according to their nature. It is not responsible for issues caused by changes to third-party content, account actions or user configuration that fall outside its control. This section does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

In cases such as unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on infrastructure, misuse of credentials or serious disruption to the service, VPNGR may restrict relevant connections, suspend an account or terminate service depending on the impact. In an urgent security situation, VPNGR may impose necessary restrictions first and explain the circumstances through the user panel afterward.

If you disagree with an action, you may submit a support ticket through the panel. Include your account details, when the issue occurred and a description of the problem to request a review. Do not include your password or full subscription link. Orders and disputes following termination will be handled under applicable law and relevant policies.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

VPNGR may update these terms in response to service changes, legal requirements or security needs, and will note the update month on this page. Material changes to users' main rights or obligations will be announced on the site or in the user panel, with details of how they apply. You may review the changes and ask questions before continuing to use the service.
