Refund Policy
Refund window, application details, and payment return methods.
This policy applies to refund requests for VPNGR subscription services. Before applying, check your account's payment history. Eligibility is determined by the relevant order, the date of your first payment, and the time your request is submitted. Refund inquiries are handled through support tickets in the user panel, where the outcome will also be confirmed.
Refund window and eligibility
You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. The request time is based on the ticket submission record, and the payment time is based on the successful payment record for the order. Requests that meet this commitment do not require proof of connection issues or prior technical troubleshooting.
Specify which order you want refunded. If your account includes different purchases, such as renewals, upgrades, or data packages, list each one separately so they can be reviewed individually. The first-payment refund commitment does not restart the refund window for every later transaction. Whether other transactions are refundable depends on the details of each order.
Eligibility review and exceptional cases
Requests made after the window above are not covered by this policy's commitment to a full refund for any reason. For duplicate payments, successful payments not reflected in an order, or incorrect amounts, you can still submit a ticket for review. Payment discrepancies should be handled separately from standard refund requests.
A working connection, use of a client, or partial data usage is not, by itself, grounds for denying a refund request made within the window. This policy does not impose an unpublished data-usage threshold. If an order shows excess data usage, an account restriction, or a suspected violation of the Terms of Service, the relevant records should be reviewed and the basis for any action explained. A vague exception label is not a substitute for a review outcome.
Transactions that cannot be verified, orders for which payment has not been completed, and payments already returned cannot be refunded again. If there is a dispute, add supporting information to the original ticket so the complete record can be reviewed.
How to apply and what to include
Log in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal. Include your account username, order number, payment method, payment date, and amount paid, and clearly state that you are requesting a refund. You can create an account without an email address, and keep all refund correspondence in the panel.
If the order status does not match your payment record, you can provide a payment receipt or transaction ID. Please hide unrelated balances, other transactions, and personal information in screenshots. Do not submit your account password, payment password, private keys, recovery phrases, or subscription links. You do not need to provide a reason for a request that qualifies under the refund window.
After submitting your request, check for a reply in the original ticket. If more information is needed, add it to the same ticket. If you cannot log in, first consult the instructions on the Support page and avoid sending transaction details through unverified channels.
Returns to the original payment method
Refunds are generally sent back through the original payment channel to the original payer's account. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders require verification against the original transaction record. If the payment channel cannot return the funds directly, explain the reason and possible options in a ticket. The next steps will be confirmed after review; funds will not automatically be sent to another recipient.
USDT transfers are returned differently from orders paid through a payment platform. The original transaction, network used, and address that can receive the refund must be verified; a sending address shown in a screenshot alone is not enough to proceed. Any differences involving the refund amount, network fees, or other details must be explained and confirmed before processing. No unverified conversion terms are promised in advance.
Refund progress and follow-up
Refund review, the return transaction, and the funds arriving are separate steps. Arrival time depends on payment channel processing, account status, or network confirmations. This policy does not set a uniform arrival time that has not been confirmed by the payment channel. Submitting a request or receiving an acknowledgment does not mean the funds have arrived.
After the return is processed, check the original payment record. If the funds have not arrived, provide the order number and relevant records in the original ticket to check the current status. Any effects on plan benefits and data status will also be explained during processing. A refund request does not automatically cancel a plan. See the Terms of Service for account usage rules and the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
